The No. 5: The Turkey Sandwich

In five years of business, the sandwich that outsells any other on our menu is our turkey sandwich. And it’s not just us. Ask other sandwich makers what sandwich is their best-seller and they’ll tell you 10 times out of 10 that it’s the turkey, because, apparently, you guys really like turkey.

To dazzle up the other other roasted white meat, we dip into our fat-acid tool box and build this sandwich using provolone cheese, herbed aioli, thin slices of red onion, our homemade tomato jam and our go-to kale massaged with white wine vinegar, olive oil and salt.

Served between two slices of toasted Fleur de Lis bread and served nightly till 3am and delivered, free of charge, till 2:30am if you live on the eastside and within a two-mile radius of our Hawthorne Street shop.
